A) Work up to 70% of 1RM Front Squat
Then do the following at that weight:

6 Front Squat, 1 Back Squat, rest 60 seconds
5/2, rest
4/3, rest
3/4 rest
2/5 rest
1/6 rest

* Do Front squat from the rack, rack the bar and then immediately take off for back squats

B) AMRAP16 in pairs, 1 athlete does a full round and then tags in partner:

9 Wall balls (30/20)(20/14)(14/10)
7 Box Jumps
4 Bar MU/ Chest to bar Pull ups/ Bar rows
