Back squat
4 sets of 6 reps @ 85% of 10RM with a 5 second pause at top of each rep.

Part B
4 alternating rounds
5/5 backward lunges on spot (backrack)
Alternated with 5 glute ham raises or partner glute ham raises

Part C
For time
10-1 toes to bar
1-10 ring push-ups
