2 max backwards slam ball throws

For time:

35/30/20 Muscle-ups/ (6 rounds: of 5 ring rows/ 5 ring dips)
EMOM 20 DU’s / 30 skips
*feet on box for ring row if possible
* sub dips with push-ups if necessary.
