Part A
Emom15
Min 1 – handstand walk 15-20M / high bum bear crawl
Min 2 – 40 fast double unders
Min 3 – 10 toes to bar

Part B
3 rounds for time
15 burpee box jumps
12 calorie assault bike
9 chest to bar pull-ups / banded pull-ups
12 min time cap
*delay heats by 90 seconds

Homework
3 x 30 second Chinese plank (add weight if with a partner)
