Part A

Go through some handstand push-up progressions

Then 15 mins of work:

-5 strict parrallette push ups/hand stand push ups/ pike push-ups or 7 seated dumbbell press
-10 hollow rocks with 5kg bar/ pvc/ max hollow hold
-30 DUs/ 60 skips (work on speed, should be faster than normal)

Part B

In pairs:

5 rounds:
15 syncro club bell squats
*red do air squats
10 syncro toes to bar/ sit ups
5 high box jumps
