Part A:

Two options:

1) 5 Sets:
4 Toes to bar into
2 bar muscle ups into
4 bar dips @ top MU
Rest 1 min, try do unbroken each set

2) Work through as a group:
– Kipping knees to elbows
– Banded PVC pipe pull-down
– Box Dips
* Each movement do 4 sets of 4-6 reps

Part B:

8 Min AMRAP:

30 DU/ 60 single skips
5 Ring Muscle Ups/ 8 pull-ups/ 10 ring rows
10 M Handstand walk/ 1 wall climber (up and down)

Part C:

With a partner:
3 sets of 12 up/downs with plank on back
*rest while partner works
