Part A:

Emom 10 –
3 position hang cluster
(1 high hang, 1 just above knees, 1 just below knee)

– start light (approx 40% max cluster) and add 10% every 2 sets for 10 sets total

Part B:

Emom 10
– min 1: 10/8 cal assault,
– min 2: 10/8 hand release pushups

rest 5 mins

Emom10
– min1: 30 DU/ 50 skips,
– min 2: Max strict pull-ups in 45 seconds
