3/3 Twisting knees to elbow/ twisting situp
3/3 sideways slam ball – light
6 banded good mornings

Part B:

4 Alternating rounds with partner:

1 min – Assault bike moderate pace (about 50%-60% of sprint pace)
40M backwards sled drag – Controlled pace
15 Second Bike SPRINT
20M Sled push – SPRINT
