Part A:

Every 90 seconds for 8 sets:

3 position power clean

* pause in catch position (above paralell) for count of 3 seconds each clean
* High hang, above knees, below knees
* add weight each set if good, start on approx 40-50%

Part B:

For time: (Cap: 15 minutes)
100 Wallballs (25/20) (20/15) (Red – 50 Wallball squats, run every 10)
*Whenever rest or stop – do 200M run

Part C:

3 sets not for time:
20/20 second side plank
6/6 side wallball throws
