Max deadlift at (124/84)/ (84/62) / KB deadlift
*cap is 75% of Max DL

Rest 2 min

In 5 mins
Run 800M
Max hang power cleans at ( 84/58) / (62/42) / KB swings
*cap is 75% of Max clean

Rest 2 min

In 5 mins
Run 800M
Max STOH at (62/42) / (52/34) / push-ups

Part C
3 sets Max single arm bar hangs each arm
