1 hang squat snatch
1 OH squat

Part B
3 sets of 3 snatch Deadlift with pause at shins, knees and pockets

Part C
For time:
100/75 wallballs (25/20) (20/14) (50 wallballs for red)
*everytime you rest do 10 chest to bar pullups
