Then:

Min 3 – seated sled pull as heavy as possible

Part B:
5 min AMRAP
1000/ 750row
AMRAP burpees over rower in remaining time
Rest 5 mins
5 min AMRAP
40/30 calorie assault bike
AMRAP KB swings in remaining time (32/24) (24/16) (20/12)
