Practice muscle up transitions for 10 mins.
3 muscle ups with 2 dips at top of MU/ 3 muscle up transitions with jumping dips/ 3 burpees and 3 box dips
Then max double unders until 45 seconds
Rest of minute rest.
With a partner, AMRAP 4 rounds
Min 1 – alternate sled pushes (10M out and back)
Min 2 – slam ball burpees (burpee with chest onto slam ball, stand up and extend ball OH, back into burpee)
Min 3 – wallballs
Min 4 – rest
