Deadlift 5,5,3,3,3,1,1,1,1 up AND down
then
Sumo deadlift 3 X 6

Part B:
12 minute amrap
10 GHD sit-ups or wallball throw against wall sit-ups
5 bar Muscleups or 4 strict pull ups & 4 push-ups (weighted if possible)
1 handstand walk 10M
