Part A
2-3 warm up sets then:
Emom10
1 power snatch
1 Hang power snatch
1 OH squat
* go on feel

Red panthers – Emom 3 hang power snatch and 3 broad jump

Part B
3 rounds:
Row 500M/400M
Max OH walking lunge without putting weight down (45/25) / (25/10) / BW with DB at side)
Rest 3 minutes

Part C
3 sets
6 window wipers
6 superman raises
