Build to heavy 3 Hang squat snatch/ power snatch

Part B
4 sets of 3 pause snatch deadlift
(Pause at shin, knee and pockets)

Part C
3 rounds for total reps
Min 1 – max double unders
Min 2 – max burpees onto weight plate
Min 3 – assault bike
Min 4 – rest
