Part A
Emom15
Min 1 – heavy sled drag 20M
Min 2 – farmers carry 40M (front rack) – 2×24/ 2×16 / at sides
Min 3 – 1 muscle up, 2 ring dips, 1 muscle up, 2 ring dips / if no muscle up then do transition with feet on floor/ ring push-up (raise rings to scale)

Part B
For time:
40 med ball cleans
30 push-ups
20 box jumps
30 med ball cleans
20 push-ups
10 box jumps

*black do with weighted vest on
*red do sit-ups instead of push ups because did in part A
