5 at 90%
* red Panther do 5 sets of 5 with moderate weight
* rest 2 min between drop sets

Part B
In teams of 2, AMRAP 15 min
40 cal assault bike
40 KB swings
40 toes to bar
* delay heats by 3 mins

Part C
Inverse tabata animal walk – each 10 seconds must be different animal
