Part A
Determine max deficit strict handstand push up/max negative HSPU
Then at 50% of deficit do 3 sets of
8 strict handstand push ups (Max 1ab mat plus skinny weight plate)/pike push ups/push ups
20 sec handstand hold
Rest 30-45 secs btw sets

Part B
3 x 5 min rounds max reps each station
0-2 mins (400/300m row) then DUs
2-3 mins DB push jerks (35/25) (30/20) (15/10)
3-4 mins pull ups/ring rows
4-5 mins DB hang cleans (same weight as DB jerks)/ red KB swings

Rest 5 mins between rounds

Part C
3 rounds
6 reverse hypers (partner holding feet)
