* Black do Deficit

Part B:

In 9 minutes:
60/40/ cal assault- red do 30cal
20/15 burpee box jump overs (regional tekkers)
AMRAP wall balls (30/20) (20/14) (14/10)
*score is wall balls

Part C:
3 rounds
30 second plank hold in top of rings
Then 30 seconds with feet in rings and hand on floor
