Kipping chest to bar pull-ups / jumping chest to bar with slow drop

Power jerks
Bar muscle ups / bent over rows
*each round weight must get heavier
*start press at about 70% of max press

Part B
For time

50 walking lunges with DB at side (2×45/35) (2X40/30) (BW)
25 KB swings (32/20 OH) (24/16)
15 Burpee pull-ups / burpee bar taps
Time cap: 10 mins
