Emom15
Min 1 – 3 strict HSPU in 3 kipping / 6 pike HSPU
Min 2 – 6 rope pullups
Min 3 – 4 strict ring dips into 4 kipping / 8 ring push-ups

Part B
4 min of double unders
* when break then do 5 strict toes to bar
Rest 2 mins
4 min of sled pull and push
* after each set do 5 seated DB press

Part C
Mobility 10 mins
