Emom 10
1 power snatch
1 OH squat

EMOM5
3 snatch deadlift (Heavy but good form)

Part B
For time, in teams of 3:
12 alternating rounds (4 each)-
40M sled sprint (45lbs/25lbs) – should be light and fast
10 HSPU (kipping allowed)/ power push-ups
10 calorie assault bike
*Rest while partners go

Part C / Homework:
4 sets of:
30 second Chinese plank
Max hold at top of chin-up in hollow position
Rest 30 seconds
