Part B
Amrap 12 (in teams of 2-3, alternating full rounds)
10M heavy sled push
3 muscle ups / 6 chest to bar pull-ups / 6 jumping pull-ups
6 box jumps

Part C/ homework
4 rounds not for time
8 heel raises on GHD or bench
4/4 around the worlds on pull-up bar
