Part A
Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds
1 clean (full clean for advanced lifters/ power clean for blue/ hang power clean for red)
1 front squat
1 jerk (red do push press)

Part B
Every 6 minutes for 4 rounds
25/ 20 cal assault bike then:
After round 1 and 3 – 60M sled push (heavy but sled moving)
After round 2 and 4 – 15/10 ball slams
Rest remainder of time
*start heats of 5 every 2 mins
