Deficit Deadlifts:

*Red panther do normal deadlift
*all athletes only go deficit if can maintain neutral spine in setup

Part B:

For time:

“Jelly legs” – Each round faster than the last with FOCUS on pacing properly

3 rounds:
250/150M Row
10 DB thrusters (45/35) (35/25) (Counter balance squats)
5 burpee box jumps
Rest 1 min, 30 sec, 15 sec (Round 1/2/3)
• Emphasise on pacing first and second round so that can go faster in 3rd round.
