Then…

Black/Blue- 4X9 Butterfly/ Kipping pull-ups
Red- attempting pull-ups or working on 1 of the progressions

B: 4 Rounds

50 Du’s/ 70 Skips
15 TTB/ Leg raises lying on the ground

C: 4 Rounds

50m Front Rack KB carry
