When fail rest 4 mins
Death by deadlift at 1.5 bodyweight/1.25 Bodyweight (10 min cap)
*red Panther do alternating EMOM10 min1 – 8 push-ups, min 2 – 5 deadlift

Part B
Tabata assault bike

Part C
3 sets of 30/30 side plank
