Part A:
Complex 4 rounds
20 sec HS hold / top of push-up
5 strict HSPU/ 5 strict push-up
10 sec HS hold/ top of push-up
Max kipping HSPU / 10src bottom push-up

Practice kipping pull-ups then:

Part B:
Alternating EMOM12
Min 1: Max unbroken chest to bar/pull ups/ring rows
Min 2: 30 second assault bike
Min 3: Max unbroken strict push-ups / sit-ups (if did push-ups in part A)
