*score is weight completed at
*rest as needed between sets
*sets must be unbroken and no dumping,show control
*red Panther – Every 2:30 mins do 8 hang clean and push press

Alternating Tabata
Double Unders
Diagonal toes to bar/ hollow rock/ hollow hold
