Here are some tips from @mindpumpmedia

1. Mainly eat whole-natural foods - you can eat way more non-processed food than you can processed and you'll feel fuller and healthier.

2. Focus on hitting your protein intake. This has all sorts of benefits from recovery to muscle building.

3. Drink 2 litres of water a day. This is purely because if you do you'll be too full to drink that sugary drink.

4. Lift weights, for your whole body, 2-3 days a week.

5. Walk 10 minutes after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

6. Have a sleep routine. This means wind down an hour before bed.
