Warmup WOD:

Alternating tabata
Burpees
Plank hold
*8 alternating rounds of each movement – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

Part A:
Practice HS walks or accumulate 5 sets of HS holds against a wall.

Part B:
10-1 (10,9,8,7…1)
Jumping Lunges each leg
*in between each round do a 20M animal walk of choice
