5/5 pistols or scaled pistol
5 clap push-ups into 10 second single arm plank holds (top of push-up)

Part B:
4 x 5 minute (Rest 2.5 minutes between sets)
Complete
800M run
Then in remaining time
Set 1: Max sit-ups
Set 2: Max distance farmers carry with any set of heavy objects can find.
