Practice STATIC HS holds with partners for approx 10-15 minutes

Part B:

Time cap = 30 minutes (Incl. Rest)

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

*Red panther – Do 10/20/30/40 reps respectively
*Rest precisely three minutes between each round
