Complete the following KB complex – 5 rounds:

6 Double KB swings
3 Double KB cleans
6 Double KB backward lunges (3/3)
30 second hold in front rack
Rest 90 seconds
* try build weight each round

Part B:

EMOM12
Min 1 – 3 power clean and jerk (heavy but unbroken) (Red do hang power cleans – no jerk)
Min 2 – 3 high box jumps

* 10 burpee penalty for dropping bar
