Part A:

Practice 2-3 muscle up progressions for 15 mins (5 mins each progression)
5 rounds
1 strict MU
Into 3 kipping Muscle ups
10M HS Walk – over obstacles if possible

Part B:

4 rounds, start every 6 mins.
500/400M Row or Ski Erg (2 min cap)
Accumulate 1 minute ball or sand bag hug
