Part A:

“In 10 mins:

4/4 KB front rack backwards lunge
4/4 jumping lunges

Then:
For 10 mins:
4 alternating rounds:
4 weighted pull-ups
8 bent over barbell rows

*Start at reasonably heavy weight – approx 80% and can add weight for sets 4 + 5

Part B:

For time: (8 min time cap)
