Part A:

In 16 minutes:
Accumulate 30/25 strict pull-ups
*when rest do 2 wall climbers

Accumulate 30/25 strict HSPU
*when rest do 6 V-ups with wallball in feet
* scaled option (5 sets of 6 Seated DB press + 6 V-ups/ tucks)

Part B:

In pairs – 4 alternating rounds each
8 burpee box jumps
20M Double KB O/H walking lunge
8 Ring dips/ box dips (feet on floor or bench)
