1 Snatch balance

1 O/H squat

1 High box jump * From rack

(Red panther – 5 sets: 8 KB swings, 6 PVC pipe OH squats, 4 broad jumps)

Part B:

3 rounds for time: (15 min cap)

30 walking lunges with a DBall on shoulder/ 1 x KB front racked

10 Dball cleans over shoulder or 10 KB swings

5 Dball squats or Goblet squats
