Part A:
For time: (Cap 40 minutes)
In teams of 3 (Or rest 2:1)
Round 1 for time:
Each partner 30/25 calorie row
*rest while partner goes
Then 30/25 calorie ski each
*rest while partner goes
Then 30/25 calorie bike each
*rest while partner goes
20M Dball or sandbag carry after every machine
(i.e partner 1 rows 30 calories, then does a bag carry as partner 2 starts row, then rests)
Round 2 for time:
20/15 for each partner on each machine
40M Dball or sandbag carry after every machine
Round 3 for time:
15/10 for each partner on each machine
60M Dball or sandbag carry after every machine
Part B:
Mobility – 10 to 15 mins
