Part A:

In teams of 3 –

8 alternating rounds
Sled pull and push – (Low push)

* Start empty sled and add weight after each person pushed
* In not in team of 3, rest should be 2:1

Part B:

6 Sets – Rest 90 seconds between set:

20 second front rack hold – barbell
6 Front rack DB squats

* Rack hold – approx 125%-150% of max back squat

Part C:

3 Sets – Not for time:
2/2 Turkish get-ups
Straight into max sit-ups with DB (Max 15)
