Part A:

4 x 10 minute stations (In pairs)

Partners must alternate work every minute, then rest while partner works

Station 1- 100 calorie assault bike
Station 2 – 100 calorie row
Station 3 – 100 calorie Ski Erg
Station 4 – 100 wallballs (25/20) (20/14) (Wallball squats)

Rest remainder of 10 minutes if finish before, go straight to next station on 10 mins
