Part A:

Practice HS walk and holds as a group for 10 mins

(Advanced athletes – 5 sets of max stationary HS hold alt. with 5 Strict toes to bar)

Part B:

Practice Ring dips as group for 10 mins

(advanced athletes do 5 sets: 5 weighted ring dips alt with 1 pegboard ascent)

Part C:

5 Rounds for time:
12 Jumping lunges
9 Double KB or DB deadlifts
6 Chest to bar pull-ups/ banded pull-ups
