Part A:

Jumping obstacle course:
5 Rounds not for time:

3 high seated box jumps
3 bounding jumps over benches
3 burpee broad jumps
3/3 lateral box jumps
Rest approx 60 seconds

Part B:

6 sets alternating:

4 Good mornings – moderate weight
3/3 Front lunge with KB in front rack (raised front foot)

Part C:

2 Sets – moderate pace

40/32 cal bike, row or ski erg
Every 20/16 cal – do 20 hollow rocks
*alternate machine after round 1
