25 Double unders
rest 90 seconds between Rounds OR alternate with partner

* Snatch should be unbroken, so select weight accordingly

Part B:

3 Sets:

8 O/H squat from rack (6 PVC pipe O/H squat + 6 goblet squat)
Rest 2 minutes between set
