For time – Alternating full round with a partner
50-40-30-20-10 Double unders
5-4-3-2-1 Wall Climbers
1-1-1-1-1 Rope climb OR Peg board OR Seated sled pull
i.e. Partner 1 does 50 DU, 5 wall climbers, 1 Climb Then partner 2 goes and so on
