EMOM20:

Min 2: 20 slow/ 15 moderate/ 10 sec hard assault bike
Min 3: 20/20 sec 1 arm ring planks
Min 4: 20 slow/ 15 moderate/ 10 sec hard row
Min 5: Max hanging L-sit into 8 V-ups/ tucks

Part B:

5-6 Alternating sets not for time:

20 seconds HS Hold
10M seated sled pull – heavy as possible
1 legless rope climb (Or scaled rope climb)
*rest 60-90 seconds between sets
