Part A:

3 position power snatch

– One high hang, one above knee, one below knee
– Build in weight over EMOM if reps are good

Part B:

18 Min AMRAP in teams of 3

Each team member complete:
12/8 cal assault bike
8/6 heavy wallballs
1 snatch @ 80-90% of max OR 1 high box jump
Then next team member goes, rest while partners are working

* Score is total number snatches as a team
* if miss snatch, then NO second attempt, next member goes and score is zero
