Part B:

For time – In pairs (16 min cap)

100 Double unders
40M heavy DBall carry in front rack (50kgs) (30kgs) (KB front rack)
10 Man makers with DB’s (45’s/ 30’s) (35’s/ 20’s)
Partner complete full round, then rotate.while partner rests
