Between each set – one seated sled pull + push back on LOW bar

Part B:

Every 90 seconds for 6 rounds:
200M Run

Remaining time:
Round 1 – Max DB burpees / (Red = regular burpee)
Round 2 – Max Alt TGU / (Red = half TGU)
